Hair and hair colours

Open the panel

   Open Hair in the category rail and choose the hairstyle.

   Press Hair colours in the inspector. Only garments in Hair have that button.

   Under Made from, choose which of the hairstyle’s variants the colours are made from. It is the same choice as the variant selected in the inspector.

Choose colours

   Click a colour to see the hair in it on the ped. Click it again, or Stop showing, to see the real texture.

2. 02

   Tick the colours you want. They come in two groups: Natural, eleven hair colours from black to white, and Other with blue, pink, green and purple.

   For another colour, type a hex code such as #7d5636 or choose it with the colour picker, and press Add colour. It goes under Own colour.

Create the variants

   Press Create variants. Each ticked colour becomes a new variant of the same hairstyle, and the variant you started from is left alone. All the new variants are one step in the history.

What it costs

Hair colours cost 10 credits for every 4 colours or part of 4 on each garment: up to 4 colours cost 10 credits, and the next 4 the same again. The credits are charged when the export succeeds, and what you have already paid for is not charged again.
